In our years of experience, we have seen many families benefit greatly from the experience of viewing their loved one.

In some cases, a loved one may have been ailing for some time. This appearance may be what family members retain as a long term memory. In other cases, the death may have been sudden and we have witnessed this viewing as an integral part of starting to accept the passing of a loved one. It can sometimes be a difficult thing to do, but many experts agree that viewing can be a key step in coming to terms with the loss of a family member or friend.

We recognize that viewing may not be an option desired by all, and would never insist on it for someone who is not comfortable with it. We have witnessed some family members be comforted by the description alone provided by another family member, even if they were not able to view their loved one personally.
